Ring size

1. Measure your ring size at the end of the day. Your finger will be the largest at the end of the day and when the temperature is warm.
2. Measure finger size a few times to avoid an inaccurate reading. If your measurement falls between 2 sizes, choose the larger size.
3. Your ring should fit your finger comfortably, loose enough to slide over your knuckle, but will not fall off.

14″ NECKLACE
Fits most like a choker

16″ NECKLACE
Falls perfectly around the base of the neck like a collar. On a petite woman it will hit your collarbone while for plus size women it might feel more like a choker.

18″ NECKLACE
A common choice for women that will fall just below the throat at the collarbone. This length is popular for adding pendants which will hang over a crew neck.

20″ NECKLACE
Will fall a few inches below the collarbone and allow a little more breathing room. Perfect for a low, plunging neckline or if you want to wear it over a turtleneck.

22″ NECKLACE
Falls at or above a low neckline.

24″ NECKLACE
Falls below any neckline.

36″ NECKLACE
Common with pearl strands and will hang below the bosom. They can be worn as a single strand or you can double them for an 18 inch necklace.

During the holiday season or special reason, (e.g Christmas, New Year, Valentine Day) the shipping process will take longer than usual. We ship not only to the USA, but also Worldwide.

Shipments must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes) listed on your billing address. If you prefer to have a package delivered to an alternate address for convenience or to conceal your surprise, please provide the alternate shipping address to your credit card company. Your sales representative will verify that both addresses are on file with your credit card company or contact us.

USPS, FedEx, UPS on all CONTINENTAL DOMESTIC orders over $100.00 in the continental United States with USPS or FEDEX  signature confirmation and all deliveries require a signature. However, we are not responsible for missing shipments.

We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.

All returns and exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on grandjewelerscorp.com - store returns must be actioned in store. We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.

To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Grand Jewelers Corp. packaging.

All Custom products are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).
